7 weeks out from Lap band

40 lbs GONE since pre-op
21 lbs GONE since surgery

206 today makes me 7 lbs from ONEderland

and people are NOTICING.

2 non-friend/non-family people, people who would usually not notice me. One of them shouted from across a parking lot..."Sheli, oh wow, you look great!!!" He didn't even know about my surgery so it must be really showing now. The other was a co-worker who usually does not make time for others, I was stunned when she noticed. "You look great, you have lost some weight, look at your face, wow!!"

Yesterday was a great day!!!

Congradulations!!! it is wonderful when people notice that your looking good. I right there with ya people see it in my face.. and QUESS what so do I...going today to buy some new cloths at good will.  Barb
