I'm out of the hospital,kinda

I had a bad reaction to the bloodthinners. They made my blood too thin. So Dr. Loggins had me stay 4 days in the hospital. My insisions are still weeping and sore but I'm doing pretty good. I'm staying at a rehab-like house until next week so I will be close to the hospital. The good part is that I don't have to take those Lovenox injections. I was dreading those. Well, I'm going to lay down rest and sip water. Protein shakes start tomorrow.  Thanks goes to everyone for your kind words, I'll write more later,Cheryl

Oh Wow Cheryl! That's crazy! Sorry you were in for 4 days - but glad that you're at the Arbor house now! Can't wait to hear more soon!

Cheryl, I am glad you are doing good.  My incisions were very sore, but it isn't too bad. Nothing you can't handle.  They were weepy for about 2 weeks, mine finally healed over after a month.  But I have an auto-immune disease, so I don't heal too quickly.  I am so glad you are ok for the most part!  Welcome to the losing side!! 

Cheryl, welcome to the loser bench.. it is quite a ride im 8 weeks out and still learning everyday,,you will feel better each day just hang in there. Barb
