Hey there!!!!

Hey there everyone.. I am new to OH, and just realized that there are localized forums that focus on Maine.. That's so exciting for me! I am actually all through my preop, and am having surgery tomorrow... Yes TOMORROW! I am sooo excited and ready, and at the same time NERVOUS!! Although I have faith that everthing will go fine...

I have been getting a lot of messages from people around the country who are wishing me luck, and it feels so good to know that people care about you when they know nothing about you except that your going through the same thing they are/did...

 

I just wanted to say hello to everyone from Maine, and wish all of you luck.. I am having my surgery done at CMMC, with Dr. Jaime Loggins and couldn't be happier or more excited! Is anyone else around here having it there? Do you ever go to the support groups that they offer? Hmmm.. 

Well please keep your fingers crossed for me that everything goes fine! I can't wait til I can post again!

Welcome to the Maine site, Tarka.   With your surgery only hours away, I'm sure your excitement is bubbling over.  Everything will go fine and before you know it, you'll be having to buy new clothes every time you turn around because you'll be shrinking so fast!!   Good Luck with your surgery tomorrow.  I'll keep you in my prayers.  Please post a message and let us know how your doing as soon as your up to it.  Take Care!
