Had Surgery Monday

Surgery for Gastric Bypass went well w/ Dr. Toder at EMMC.  Came home yesterday and great to be here.  Stomach is sore but not what I'd call pain. So far Tylenol taking care of it.  Find it takes very little to tire me out  and feel full after very little so I will have to really watch proteins. If you are headed toward surgery don't be scared its not that bad and well worth it in long run. I'm sure it is a mental thing but I already feel life is better.

No I had the laprascopic gastric bypass done.  Have 5 small incission, my merit badges I call them. Any other questions I will help all I can & want to wish you well as your day comes.

Congradulations I also had surgery done on Monday except it was done by Dr. Cobean and it was the lap band, I too am a little sore but not like I was really expecting and tylenol has been holding me during the day but I have to have something more to sleep with a night, I also keeping an eye on my protein and liquids..  Well good luck to you down your jounery.. I agree it will all be worth it in the long run.

Good to hear that everything went well with your surgery. My insurance has approved and I'm just waiting on a phone call from Dr. Toder's office for the date. I'm so nervous!
