3 month dr appt

Well I am disappointed about my appt.  First I didn't get to see dr.wolfe at all that disappointed me, not that I think i medically needed to see her but damn cut me pat me on the bag and that's it????I don't know but I even had complications wouldn't ya think a dr. would want to see me?? Anyways from my last appoint which was my 1 month out I have lost 20 something pds. since surgery I have lost 80 pds which I know is alot but I feel like I should have done more ya know I want it all now.  Altogether over 100lbs cause I had to loose before surgery I just want to be thin trim gorgeous yesterday.  Ikeep telling myself that I didn't gain it all over night so I sure as hell aint taking it off over night.Maybe I have pms I am bumming this week and I am exhausted.  I think that once I start my iron which I did tonight I will perk up anyway thats my story thanks for listening.   tina

Tina, WOW 80 lbs in 3 months very nice..you must be excited with your journey..You give me hope I havent had my surgery yet. It is a bummer not to see your doctor but aleast you got good news maybe next time you will see her. You are doing a great job keep up the great work. Barb

Hey Tina... First of all CONGRATS on the weight loss, you are doing phenomenal!  but I hear ya about wanting it all gone asap... 

I think not seeing the Dr. who operated on you may be normal practice.  I have seen quite a few posts where people say that they have not seen their surgeon after surgery.  I saw Dr Cobean a total of maybe 7 minutes throughout the whole process, and have not seen him at all since I had my surgery.  You would think that they would at least want to check in on you and see how your progressing.  Wierd. WOW Tina, 80 Pounds in 3 months!!!!! You Rock girl!!! You are doing great. I don't know why you didn't get to see Dr Wolfe, I read in another post that she was having contractions, maybe that's why, I don't know. When I had my 3 month visit I saw Dr. Cobean. That was the last time I saw him. I was told I wouldn't see him again unless I had more complications, which I haven't.  I understand the wanting it all off now, when I was losing I thought I was losing to slow too. Now I don't think it was to slow, I think it was just right. Are you doing a lot this week? Is that why you're so exhausted? If it last longer than a week or you're worried about it you should contact the Bariatric Center. I was tired for about 3 weeks and they did blood work and found my iron was low so they upped it and they also have me taking vitamin C when I take the iron to help my body absorb it better.
