Question "HURLCHUPS" Anyone?
They're not a hiccup, a belch, or a burp. Kind of a combination of all 3. I am 5 days post-op today and darned if I don't get these on a daily basis. Sometimes uncomfortable, always a nuisance. Can't do anything to stop them, so I may as well give them a name! No regrets on getting lap banded though. A bad day hurlchupping beats a good day gorging. Smile today - someone will wonder what you're up to... _______________ Rachel Lap Band Date 5/23/07 Height 5'2" Highest Weight 237 lbs. Weight Day of Surgery 200.5 lbs. Current 196 lbs. Rachel.... those are normal!  I notice that you don't post on the main Lap Band Forum.  I think you might want to check it out there and also post about your Hiccups.... there are a ton of experienced banders there with a wealth of tips and information to help you!!!! Just go to the main page, click on forums and in the pull down menu click on Lap Band then over on the left click on message board.  Check it out!  Good people there for support!!!!!!!  More action than this Maine Forum too.  Quicker responses!  Some almost immediate depending on your post!!!!!
