Doing the happy dance!!!!!!

I had my second team meeting today. It went great, and I SIGNED THE CONSENT FORMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now it feels more real, and I'm getting excited. Now to face the music of telling my boss! Jeannie

I'm not sure if you knwo this or not, but with the new "Hippa" law you don't have to legally tell your boss what type of surgery you're having. You just need to request the time off. With the "Family Medical Leave Act" law you can take up to 12 weeks off from work without pay and they can not fire you or lay you off. I told my work what type of surgery I was having, but that was my choice. They were very supportive. I hope you work is too. ~dori~
