Calling all CIGNA DSer's

Well, CIGNA has done it again. They are once again denying my request for the DS stating it is experimental/investigational. They will approve me for the RNY but not the DS. So, I am appealing to everyone out in OH-land, if you have CIGNA and you have been approved for the DS with them, would you mind volunteering your information so that I can submit it to the IN Dept. of Insurance? There is a form that I can send to you that gives me permission to send your name, address and phone number. It will NOT request any of your medical records, just that you are giving me permission to use your name , address and phone number and that CIGNA approved your DS surgery (even if you haven't had the procedure yet, but you were approved.) If anyone out there can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I WILL NOT provide your contact information to anyone else for any reason unless I contact you first. (EX - another OH member wants it.) I'm hoping to fight and win a battle for all those in CIGNA hell! Thank you - Lyndia
