help with info re: revision

anyone out there have experience with revision? i had RNY by Dr. D'Augustine in '98 and lost 200lbs and kept it off until I had my first baby in '01...after the pregnancy it was extremely hard to lose weight and impossible to keep it off...then got pregnant again...between each pregnancy i gained rather than lost and now since my second i have managed to put a total of 100lbs back on!!! i have found that the extreme deprivation needed in order to lose weight at this point is just impossible for me to maintain without my "small stomach". i would like to have revision surgery but my primary care doctor was discouraging...anyone out there have any supportive thoughts or words. or info on a surgeon in Central or Southern Maine willing to do revisions? Dr D'Augustine is no longer doing bariatric surgery.
