The first 3-4 days I wondered what I had gotten myself into (I hurt and didn't want anything to drink-- )-- This am I ate 3 tsp of scarmbled eggs and I never realized how good they tasted-- (and i was full)-- I am slowly getting my energy back and every day is better-- I took 3 weeks off from work to get to feeling as normal as I ever will--

Happy to hear that your recovery is going well. Don't ru**** Healing takes time. Remember that you need to stay hydrated as well as getting in your protein. Keep us posted on how your doing. Take Care. Blessings, Yvonne

Depending on the surgery you had going back to work in 3 weeks may or may not be accurate. I know for me I had Roux-en-Y and I was back to work in 3 weeks but I also have an office job where I don't do much moving around. I am glad to hear that you are feeling better. Take it easy and don't rush anything. Juli
