Have I hit a Plateau?

Hi everyone. I am just 2 months out and I think I have hit a plateau. I don't think I have lost any weight in at least a week and a half. Is 2 months out too soon for hitting a plateau? Also I am having trouble getting protein in and there are days that I just can't look at food or it makes me feel queasy, but I make myself at least eat fruit. I am getting alittle down because of the no-loss part. I apologize if I sound like I am whining but I thought you didn't hit a plateau until further out that I am. Please let me know your thoughts..Diane?

Yes, you are in a stall...Plateau? no...a true plateau is a longer time without weight loss. Don't worry it will come....I experienced several along the way. And also, on the days when you don't feel like eating....protein!! not the fruit! Protein and water actually is what gets the weight off! It's what you need to keep up the muscle mass and stay strong. But please don't stress the stalls....they come and go.
