Dr Renee Wolfe aftercare.

Hi guys, I am wondering if anyone here had a band placed by Dr. Wolfe. I had mine done in Mass. but am looking to change over to her office for my atercare. If you have had a band placed by her can you please fill me i na little on the aftercare through her and also if she has you see a nutritionist after each fill or not? Any info on her is appreciated. Michele, I am RNY w/ Rene Wolfe, but all I can tell you is that she goes threw the Bariactric Center. She also has a web site www.cascobaysurgery.com. There is a nutritionist and social worker in the Bariactric Center that you meet with during most visits and they are very nice ladies. I am sure if you call the Bariactric Center who should be on the web site, you will be able to get an answer to you questions. Take Care, Cheryl

Hi Cheryl, ty for replying. Can you tell me if you know if the pts. see the social workers if they are lap band pts as well as bypass? I have a lot of bypass friends that see a LSCW but don't know any band people that see them on a regular basis. I have a feeling that it is the procedure that calls for the visits. I would LOVE to see one with my visits. I did call the office and as soon as my insurance kicks in from my new job I will make an appt. with them. Michele

Hi Michel , My name is Maryjo and I just had the band done by DR.Wolf on Jan 2nd She is very nice and everything went well. I have not yet been back for my check up yet I go on Feb 7th. Hi Maryjo , My name is Linda and I go for my first meeting wth Dr. Wolff on Jan 29. How do you decide wich procedure you are going to have? Does the Doctor advise you? Or is it all on your own? Also do they start checking to see if your insurance will cover it at that first meeting? Linda
