rash and fungul infection

Hi, my name is Mary and I have been checking this board out for awahile as I make my decision to have gastric bypass.I am on the list but no date yet. What I wanted to ask is does anyone get this fungul under than skin and what do you do about it. I haven't seen this addressed here before. thanks, you guys have all the answers.
