Hi and welcome newbies!

Thought I'd stop in and say hello and let all know that today I got my approval and scheduled for November 30 at EMMC, with Dr. Toder. I had wished earlier that my surgery would be in a couple weeks, but no way am I ready, so much going on at work, and I started my own business on the side. I haven't even made a list of things to get in the house - liquids, liquids, liquids! I know that won't take a long time to do but like most women, I like to clean house and get things in order for when I can't get around for awhile...you know, like when you were pregnant and just had to have everything ready...LOL I hope everyone keeps in touch and hope this message board stays busy... For the newbies: If I can help anyone out with any questions, I will be more than happy to give any information that I have learned with the process. Hey there Diane! Glad to see you've got your date. I hear you when you speak of needing to get thing ready. I did the same thing. My surgery was on Aug. 17 with Dr. Toder (she's a peach!) and I'm doing great. If I can help with any questions please fire away! And good luck on the new biz! I own my own business (service) also and I know it can be difficult as well as rewarding. take care.

Hi Cheryl: When I met Dr. Toder I was pleasantly surprised. So did she come see you after surgery or did her PA come in to see you? I have to get my trusty blue notebook out again to see what items I need to get to the grocery store. Do you have a seperate email address I could email you from? If you don't want to give it out I understand.
