Vitamins you can drink

Hi. One of the post op patients in this area recently commented that she is having a really hard time swallowing all the vitamins she needs to take so I wanted to let you know about vitamins, etc. that you can drink. There are a couple of sources I am aware of. One is Kim Dunn who owns Bennetts Gems in Lincolnville (at Perry's Nut House). You can talk to her at the store about buying them (or look up the phone number, I'm sure it's in the book or online). Another person is in Rockland, his name is "Phil" and his contact info is [email protected] I take them myself because I have a really difficult time swallowing any type of pill!
