Hi there!!! I live in Frederick as well. The only one we have is at Frederick Memorial Hospital the 4th Monday of every month at 7:00pm. 2nd floor classrooms. It is a great meeting with lots of face to face. We are trying to set up additional support time with some of the members where we meet to go shopping or eating together to learn from each other. Also, trying to set up times where we work out together as well. Hope this helps!!! Let me know if you need any additional help.

Lets just say that life has took over.
I am Joy and I had RNY in June of 2012. I was 260ish pounds. I know weigh in the 150 range.
I had 3 children before surgery and now I have 6. I got pregnant right after I had surgery. I had a little girl and a not long after that (less than a year) I was pregnant again. This time with TWIN BOYS. Now I have 3 boys and 3 girls.
I look forward to coming back here and catching up on all the latest news and upcoming surgeries.

I have medicaid and I got my RNY covered 100%. At that time I have Maryland Physicians Care.
I went to the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore
Medicaid will pay 100% for RNY

Hello.... I hope all is well, I am trying to get VSG or LSG Sleeve. I have Medicare, I was wondering if your procedure was covered 100% & how long was the process. I have to lose at least 100lbs. I know they pay for it if it's medically necessary. I believe the fact that I have Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Pulmonary Hypertension, just to name a few. I definately fit the category.
