HELP
Hi Barbie,
First, it is normal to be able to eat more...and gee, now that I think about it, also to want to exercise less...
But...now is the time to get down to work...
First, are you at goal? are you still losing weight? if so, I would watch what you are eating, make sure you are getting in your protein, but maybe YOU need more food...
Also, make yourself exercise...even if it is JUST doing the stairs instead of the elevator...also, I highly recommend a corny little tape called Walk Away the Pounds...it comes in several distances, including, one, two, three and four miles...
I have several different distances, but the one I use the most if the one mile...even if I don't feel like exercising, I will make myself do the one miler....it take only about 15 minutes and it does get your blood going....and EVERYONE has 15 minutes...
For me, losing weight was as much in my head as it was in my gut and butt...you get the idea...
Now is the time that the committment to losing and maintaining begins....I know you CAN do it....
BTW, no one is perfect and almost everyone will eat too much some days...the trick is to monitor what goes in the mouth....also, keep an eye on the scale and be honest...
Best to you...
