I just wanted to let anyone who has Coventry Health Care. That they are a pain in the butt. I could of given up so many times dealing with them.But luckily I found a "angel" from an outside company that deals with claims and disputes with them. It took 4 months to even find a doctor that was approved by Coventry and that did the Surgery! So if anyone runs in to trouble keep persevering!
