What should I pack?

Well, my surgery date is creeping closer (June 7th). Although I went through this with my husband 6 years ago - well he'a a man and as long as he has a clean pair of underwear every 3-5 days and his ever present undershirt - he's perfect. I am a woman who takes 4 complete changes of clothes for a one day trip to visit my parents in DE. Naturally, I am confused. What are things that I need to have at the hospital to make my stay more enjoyable and what types of clothing are suggested for easier getting around and in and out. I have not been a patient in a hospital in over 35 years, so I obviously don't remember what I needed back at that tender age. Can you all give me some suggestions? I would really appreciate it.
