Insurance company dingbats!!

Why did some nincompoop from Carefirst tell my surgeons office that I am not covered for surgery ? After I personally spoke to three people from Carefirst to verify that surgery is covered even before I embarked upon this journey ?? Why did the dingbat, Im sorry Child of God tell the doctors office that I wasnt covered even though I have a form from them with the coding for the surgery ?? So now the doctors office sends me this letter to say that Im not covered, now I gotta jump through hoops because of this idio..oopsie Child of God. THe rep from Carefirst told me today that she is so sorry that happened and that she doesnt even recognize the name of the person on my file who spoke to Dr.Li's office, she said " I think she must be new, I wish she didnt tell them that ". Aye yaye yaye. And so it begins.
