I just rec'd my 2 tapes by Leslie Sansone. I will try them tomorrow and let you know how I like them. Does anyone out there have them and do you like to do them? Lizzi

Hi Lizzi, I have three tapes of hers - 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile. Did the one mile until I got bored with it. Have not attempted the 2 or 3, but now having seen your post, plan to pull them back out and try them. Best of luck on your choice of exercise. TraciL

Hi Lizzi, Yes, I love the 1,2 and 3 mile walk...I tend to use them more in the winter than the summer months...because I prefer to walk outside...but the one mile is great when I don't feel like exercising...I make myself AT LEAST do the one mile and it doesn't take long...everyone has time for at least the 1 mile... enjoy, RAE

I have them and I love them!! If you stick with them you will definately see a difference!! I hope that it goes really well for you. She doesn't go too fast but goes darn fast enough to make you break a sweat. I love it. And I don't really like to exercise. I hope they work for you!! Faith 350/197@goal

I have the 1 and 2 mile tapes. I have done the 1 mile one but haven't worked up to 2 miles yet. I love them! I mainly do them but then I add a little Denise Austin in to keep me toned. I am going to add walking outside now that the weather is getting better. JaNae
