Hip Hop Aerobics Classes??

Can anyone tell me where there are any hip hop aerobic classes around in Maryland near the DC area? I would much appreciate it!! Please email me at [email protected].

Bally's has some Hip Hop Aerobics classes. I did the class once. I felt that while it is a good way to learn Hip Hop, it did not provide the constant motion needed for a really good aerobic workout. I will let you know. I have a friend that told about one class, but I think it's Jazzercise....I'm going to check it out this week coming up and let you know more!! Maybe we can meet up and go together! LOL!

Well, I did find a Jazzercise class that is actually located in Lanham, MD. Go to www. jazzercise.com, and they can show you all of the classes within your area. I went by yesterday and did a preview, and it seems that the classes are very fun. I hope this helps! Let me know how things go if you decide to try it!
