Beth, If you can't drink a protein shake. Try Any Whey, you mix it in food to add protein to what your eating or baking. I used it in pudding just make sure to do 1/2 of what 1 scoop full calls for or you can change the consistency of pudding. You can bake with it as well. Good Luck Denise

Beth hi, I use the Unjury unflavored and mix it with 6-8oz water and crystal lite orange (isn't bad if you like orange) and also I mix the Unjury either chocolate or strawberry sorbet with 6-8oz milk (you get 20 grams protein each drink). The only ready made protein drink I can get and keep down (and it has to be chilled is EAS Advant Edge Chocolate Fudge (I use a straw and drink them while I drive to work) (these are 15 grams protein). Good luck...hopefully it'll get easier for you and you'll find something you like. pat

I'm having the same problem. The premade drinks like Isopure and the like are too sweet for me. I can taste the Any Whey protein in all drinks I've tried. UGH! Its driving me crazy because I'm 4 weeks out and not getting close to what I need to get.

Hi.. I had the same problem the first few weeks. I've found one that I do like.... The Unjury - Chocolate and Optimum 100% Whey Protein - Chocolate Mint. This is in a plastic can that has a black label with 100% Whey written on it in white lettering. I did try this w/ milk, but i'm having a hard time with milk, so i mix it with water and ice. If its cold, it goes down easier. Hope this helps.. Hang in there... it will get better.!

You might want to order some samples of Nectar at bariatriceating.com. I mix the Roadside Lemonade with Walmart's version of Crystal Light (Lemonade) and it's not too bad. In addition, I add a lot of ice. Making it very code makes it a lot easier for me to digest. The Fuzzy Navel is good too, which can be mixed with Walmart's version of Crystal Light (Morning Sunrise or something like that). I hope that helps! Robin 361/290/150
