PS questions...Dr. Hakki, Dr. Chairamonte, Dr. Ehrmantraut....

I'm looking for some information from anyone who has had plastic surgery done in Maryland. So far, I have consults scheduled with the above surgeons. Has anyone used them? If so, how were your results, recovery, costs? I want to have an arm lift, breast augmentation and tummy tuck. My arms have a LOT of excess skin, my boobs have gone from a D cup to almost an A cup...my tummy isn't so bad that i would need a major tummy tuck, but definitely needs a section taken out of the front. I really need to keep the cost at 15K or less.... Do you think this is possible? And I'd really like to do it all in one surgery, due to the leave situation at work. If you used someone else, I'd like to hear what your experience was with that surgeon.... who would you highly recommend? Any input is greatly appreciated! Pam, everyone has their own experiences...for me, there is no other choice BUT Dr. James Vogel in Baltimore....I have had two separate procedures with him and can't tell you the miracle he performed on me... Before my surgery, I was deformed...he took off over 8 lbs around my middle during my extended TT with muscle tightening....also had some lipo... Just 3 weeks ago, I had a breast lift with implants and extensive lipo.....I finally look normal. His staff is GREAT!!! My first app't with him took 2.5 hours with NO waiting...that was the time it took for him to examine me and for us to talk....my husband went with me and Dr. Vogel included him in the process...we were both very comfortable. My girlfriend, NOT WLS patient, took me in for a post-op app't...she has always said she wanted to "do something" with her stomach....but her husband was against it because of the health risks...anyway, after she met the office staff, she was hooked...she and her husband went in for an app't with Dr. Vogel and her husband told her to make the app't for her surgery BEFORE they left his office...her husband was THAT comfortable. Anyway, obviously everyone has their comfort zone, but I am comfortable HIGHLY recommending Dr. Vogel. Also, I believe he offers free consultations...but ask if you call to make an app't.... I have never been treated so well in a doc's office as I am when I go to see Dr. Vogel... First class all the way... If you want to talk off-line drop me an email...we can chat by phone as well. RAE

Dr. Hakki performed my breast reduction in 1996, he is a perfectionist and has a good bedside manner. But you may not have the same results as i did.
