I have a date
Newbie here, took me about a month in half but been approve and my date is March 28th. Tell u the truth I had given up and forgot all about it. Started on a liquid diet that gave me severe headaches. Even though I want to get this over with trying to decide should I change to April for spring break since I am a single mother. Trying to convince my mtoher to stay with me for about a week : P. Also, what to tell my job? YIKES!!!
Hello,
Congrats on your date,I think you should do what you think is best for you and your family but only you know what you should do.......you may need more time for someone to take care of you are you having open or laparascopic that makes a big difference specially with you being a single mom? I just told my job that I was having surgery and asked for the time off they dont have to know if you dont want to telll them.......You need anything please dont hesitate to email me I will try my best and give you the best knowledge and advice that I can hang in there you will make the best decision.....
Best wishes
LIsa

HI,
I too know how hard it is to work in your surgery, when you have children. My date is April 11th during spring break. My surgeon is also Joseph D. Afram. I was approved within 8 days by Blue Cross, but I guess they was tried of me calling. I will be thinking of you on your special day and hope one day to meet you at one of the support groups meeting.
