Medicare has announced they will cover gastric bypass if done at a Center of Excellence. The program at Sinai isa designated ASBS Center of Excellence. They are accepting Medicare applicants.

I have medicare and i had my RNY John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Everything was approved. Everything went well.

This was a new ruling by CMS, effective 2/21/06.
