I have a surgery Date!

Hello everyone. I have not posted in a long time. I have been busy with a new job and rarely get into my computer at home. I miss being here. Some may not remember me and hopefully I can rectify that by posting more and chatting with y'all. Anyway, I am scheduled for surgery on March 15th. The date had to be changed twice already but I am pretty sure this one is it. I hope so anyway since I am putting in my medical leave for work. I am excited and scared at the same time. Anxious to get this going and at the same time wondering if I can hack it. Still, I know that God is helping me in this. I have tried for over 5 years to get a doctor to help me get qualified for WLS. After our move to MD last year, I met my new PCM and before I could ask for it he offered to refer me. I say that is God's timing. There is a reason that this has all worked out for me right now. I thank Him that I am having this surgery and I am praying for the wisdom to do what I need to be successful with this huge step in weight loss. Anyway, I hope to be chatting with y'all more often. I am ready for the new me to emerge after this long journey to WLS! Robin S.
