Lap band information meetings in Maryland?

Isabel, There is a support group meeting on January 4th at St. Agnes. It is open to pre and post op patients most that attend have had RNY but the doctors are now doing lap band and you can attend to get your questions answered there. it's at 7 pm. At some point this year there will be a lap band group starting but it hasn't happened yet. Give it a try. Good luck in your journey. Denise

I'm having lap band surgery at hopkins as soon as my approval went through... but I live closer to St. Agnes... let me know if there's a lap band group there... There is also a lap band support/ information meeting at Dr. greene's in Shady Grove. I went once and it was really good.... its kind of a long drive for me to do on a regular basis though.

I'm having LapBand surgery on Jan 12, would love to attend the meeting at Saint Agnes Hosptil. Would you please send me more information regarding this meeting?
