Help! Should Care Change?

I have a friend that is doing a study of pre- & post- care. His question is ... If you could, what would you do differently if you knew then what you know now? Please be frank & brutually honest. I don't know if this is what you are looking for but I am very happy. I would do it again in a heart beat. I had great care at Washington Adventist Hospital and with Dr. H. What would I change? Would have done it sooner instead of at 47 yrs old. I love everyone in my drs office but they sure could use a really good highly organized office assitant to help with their filing system. VMT
