High Sugar levels?

Hi all, I am 3 weeks post op now, started out at 245 and down to 222 but have been there for days now.Guess thats normal? Any way my pcp called today with results that my sugar level was 236? What the heck,I'm not eating anything. I've never had a problem with this , so has anyone had this happen after surgery? If so how did it turn out?
