starting to get frantic

10 days til surgery.....So much to get done and starting to get scared. Fran

I feel your fear, mine is in 6 days. Keep in mind how much better our lives are going to make us afterwards. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Hi Fran, congrats on your upcoming surgery. As I have shared with others, I will share with you...sorry to those who have already heard my opinion.... Fran, for me, pre-op was SO MUCH HARDER than post-op. The worry, the anxiety, and not just about the surgery itself but for our families, our careers, etc..... Well, I am now 19 months out, down 130 lbs after a full tummy tuck...size 6, 160 lbs, and looking healthy and am truly happy.... Fran, try to keep a positive outlook, don't let your TO-DO list overwhelm you....use it to keep yourself busy. Hang in there Fran - do you have some local support or other post op people you can talk to? Don't get overwhelmed and I mirror the sentiment expressed by one of the other posters - anticipation is worse than reality! Janet
