C & L Support Group Meeting Saturday Nov 12th 12:30pm

Our 2nd C & L Support Group Meeting is this coming Saturday The focus of this meeting is "LIFE AFTER SURGERY - Loving the New You" We will discuss the changes we all go thru after surgery, the ups and the downs, and how to cope with our rapidly changing bodies and personalities. Come on out and learn, support and share with us on our Weight Loss Journey. The meeting will be held on Saturday November 12th from 12:30 - 3:00pm at Olympus Fitness & Aerobics 5470 St. Barnabus Road Oxon Hill, MD 20745 The gym charges everyone who is not a member $8.00 to enter. Wear your workout gear - we will be meeting in the exercise room. Come early or plan to stay late to get your workout on. They have a dressing room, sauna and showers.
