Ok I used to weigh 326 I now weigh 203 I want to know do any of you get bad pains in your legs now that you have lost the weight? I have a job where I stand all day I mean like 12 hours a day some days. I have noticed in the past two weeks after about 5-6 hours my legs start to hurt they feel achy and painful. I also have VERY BAD looking veins poping out all down the front and back of my legs now. one vein starts at my privte area goes down the front of my leg down and around to the lower part of the back of my leg and it is sticking out and puffy and gross looking. Does anyone else have this problem or know what I can do about it?? Thanks

Hi K., Did you just start getting the vericose veins, post op? I would show your doc as soon as you can just to be on the safe side. There are support stockings that can help the circulation so the blood doesn't collect in the legs and feet. I got a flyer in the mail the other day that advertises them for $9.95 per pair, which is pretty cheap for support ( compression) stockings the website is great4legs.com. The doc can write a prescription for them but if you get them thru the pharmacy/medical supplier, they will be way higher. Hope you get some relief as well as discover what's up. Bless ya, Mary

To be honest I did not notice them until after I lost weight before my legs were so fat if it was there I didnt know it. I did not really feel pain in them until now so that is new. Thanks for your help I will tell my doc and see if I can get those compression stockings!
