St. Agnes Labor Day Race and 1 Mile Walk

Hi Team, Today is the last day for Team sign ups for the St. Agnes Labor Day 5K Run/Walk. Please turn in your entry forms to St Agnes. Registration can also be done online at www.active.com. Individual runners/walkers are also encouraged to participate. The top 5 reasons to participate . . . 5. Bay Cafe is right on the water! Enjoy the after-race party -- where there is food, and music to enjoy. 4. Prizes will be given to the team with the most creative run/walk attire, the team with the largest number participants, and the fastest team. Plus, individual prizes are given for the fastest runners in each age group AND the overall fastest St. Agnes employee (men and women). We will probably just participate in the one mile walk unless you are more advanced. 3. It's good exercise! Your exercise choices are 5K Run, 5K Walk or a leisurely 1 mile walk along the promenade. 2. Kids are welcome. Bring your strollers and get some fresh air with your family.
