HAPPY RE-BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY TO ME!!
TODAY IS MY ONE YEAR HAPPY RE-BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY!
I can't believe it's already been a year since I had my gastric bypass...it's gone by quicker than I ever imagined!! The numbers speak volumes...a year ago I was 312 pounds and today I am 218 pounds! Measurements at the start were: Waist-49, Hips-57.5, Thighs-42.5...TODAY THEY ARE W-34 (down 15"), H-45 (down 12.5"), T-38 (down 4.4")...and with my genetics that thigh number is a miracle!! God is so good! I trusted in him and continue to trust in him throughout this entire process! (Proverbs 3:5)
Best number of all is my BMI...when I started this I was 46.1 morbidly obese and now it's 32.2...just obese. Who knew you could be this healthy and OBESE! LOL LOL Will post a new picture soon!
