PS in Maryland

Has anyone used Dr. Burton or Dr. Soto in Maryland for a tummy tuck? What are your thoughts, comments, concerns. If you were a self pay, how much did you pay? Are you happy with your results and is your tummy flat? Did either have a problem submitting to your insurance for a breast reduction or tt even if you were denied. Any info would help. I love Dr. Soto. He is a very talented and brilliant surgeon that is just very down to earth. His staff is great too. I did my breast reduction a few years ago with him and will go back again after I lose my weight if needed. I also work in IT at Mercy Medical Center so of course I am a little biased but I know the facilities really well. If you have surgery with him you will end up having it at the beautiful Weinberg facility. I was covered 100% back then for my breast reduction with BC/BS. They deemed it medically necessary due to back issues, etc. Minimally you should go meet him for a consult and speak to him yourself if you have not done that already.
