I havent posted in a while. I'm glad I'm surfing tonight and found this topic. I have been pondering getting an updated medical alert bracelet and was curious on the wording. Thanks for the advice. BTW-not quite 5 months and 87 pounds gone! I just registered for the Diabetes walk in DC on 10/22. Wish me luck. I'm gonna go for the 4 miles [they have 2 or 4 miles]
