One Year Yeah!!!!
Well to look back at myself one year ago.... boy have I done a 360 in my journey..... I am happy to say I have lost about 133-136 lbs. depending on the day 
... I went from a tight same 32 to a size 12..
Phyiscal I'm in the beat shape of my adult life. Mentally I feel I am getting a little more confident in myself. (although still bashful around the boys... will that ever change 
)

I am so excited for you! I don't know if you remember me, but we used to see each other at Dr. Roe's support groups. I'm so glad that everything has worked out for you. Congratulations on you loss! That is amazing! I know you are feeling on top of the world right now.

omg, karen you look great. you look like a different person. im so happy for you as well. we have come a long way. i am now down 176 as well from 283. im a size 12-10. doesn't it feel great to be thin again. i wish you well. even though i have not been to any of the meetings in a long while i keep up on the boards. see you soon or not to see you soon 'cause we will soon be invisible.

I know I told you this last week, but you look fantastic. As for the boys when you least expect it, it will happen. I am so proud of you and for what it's worth I hope that I am where you are in another 7 months. Congrats on the success and keep up the great work. I hope to see you soon.
