Down 101 lbs

Hey everyone, I just had to share officially yesterday I am down 101 lbs since surgery, 4 months ago. Protein, Water and Exercise do work. Just keep at it, even if you hit a plateu you are loosing inches. Have a great day everyone. Denise

Denise, congratulations!! I also hit 101 lbs right around my 4 month anniversary. Have been enjoying this summer more than any that I can remember. What a difference. Keep up the good work! TraciL

i'm glad you posted becsaue I have lost 93 in 4 months (surgery date 3/30/05), and I was worried that I was losing too much too fast. Well...I 'm not worried now.

Karen, I wanted to send you a note, and let you know that I think you are doing amazing. I miss seeing you at Dr. Roe's support groups. I'm so glad that you were finally able to have your surgery, and I'm even happier for you that you have had so much success!
