Need help finding plastic surgeon

Hi Marylanders, I'm SO frustrated today. Can you help me? I am trying to find a plastic surgeon who accepts state medical assistance. My general surgeon will be doing my tummy tuck/hernia repair, but I need a plastic surgeon to do breast and thigh lift. My PCP is totally supportive and believes these additional procedures are medically necessary, we have documented rashes/back pain etc. for past year. He gave me referral to a PS listed under my state medical assistance plan, but their receptionist claims they don't accept "managed care" for any plastics. My insurer (United Healthcare MCO) is of no help whatsover, and I'm going through the phone book and getting turned down left and right. Does anyone know of a PS in Maryland that takes state medical assistance coverage, when the procedure(s) are medically necessary, not just cosmetic/elective?
