KISS THE 300'S BYE BYE

GOT ON THE SCALE TODAY AND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME I AM NO LONGER IN THE 300'S I WAS ACTULLY 298!!!!!! CANT BELIEVE A VERY SHORT TIME AGO (FEBRUARY)I WAS OVER 500 LBS. LIFE HAS CHANGED ALOT AND IM SURE IT WILL CONTINUE TO DO, SO BYE BYE 300'S NEXT STOP 240!!!

Hi Steve Congrats on your weight loss.I was 565 when I had surgery and today I weigh about 276 and feel good.I'd say great but I am feeling sore this morning and I have pain everywhere.It was great to get under 300 for me also and I am very happy for you.Good luck on the rest of your journey........steve c
