Salsa for exercise - it's free

Hi Folks - I'm a new post op who's posted here a few times. I thought I'd throw this out there for some of you. In my professional life, I run an all-star cheer & dance gym in Gaithersburg (yes, it's a really my job). One of my coaching staff who's been with me for years approached me a few weeks ago about doing an adult salsa demo/class. She's been dancing salsa for years and has successfully competed internationally. I know this is kind of short notice and meant to post before my surgery. But, if you're interested you're welcome to come on out. ITS FREE. If you have a partner or a friend, bring them too. If not, Diana can pair you up with someone in the class. If you're interested, just e-mail me and I'll give you directions to the gym which is just off Shady Grove Road (near the Great Indoors). The class is Sunday the 31st at noon and it's free.
