im overweight & over joyed
7/22/05 ...TODAY I AM NO LONGER OBESE...I had my weigh in and lost one pound but I now have a BMI of 29.5 which makes me just over weight. Isnt it interesting how being overweight can make a girl seem so light hearted ??? I am trying very hard to get under 200 for my next weight in. I shouldnt set myself up because when I try harder thats when it seems I dont lose, how interesting.
