trying to be ok
For those of you who have been writing & calling since me loss I want to say Thank you so Much. I am horrible at keeping in touch and even worse when I am in crisis.
I haven been smotherred by some old friends and they havnt let me have a second alone which is perfect for me. I can not believ how much work is involded with letting everyone know about Rays passing.
I am currenlty trying to find a way to keep my house. Ive been on my own since I was 16 & refuse to go back. Sara is at her Dads for a while and being home alone is weird. I am so filled with guilt. The house talks to me. I have been on the couch &b corona has been my best friend. I see my suregon friay for my check up &b weigh in and I am sure it will be up.
However on a good note today I got up at 6 am & walked 4 miles on the track & then had a protein shake so for the first time in weeks I did something good for me. Thats a start & since I am taking it one day at a time....its a great start.
just wanted to make sure everyone knew I truly appreciate the thoughts
Love
Diana

Diana hi,
glad to hear from you and that you're starting to take care of yourself and doing a little better. Be strong and know our thoughts and prayers are with you. I've been thinking about you a lot lately. Take care of yourself and Sara and everything else will fall into place (like you said a day at a time). If you need anything just give a holler. Hugs and prayers, pat
Hi Diana - I've been thinking of you and Sara often. Remember when those days at a time become to much to bear...minute by minute works well also! I'm praying for you and Sara...
Lord, hear the cries and frustrations of your servant Diana and her daughter Sara. Help her to feel the love and comfort that only you can provide from above. Help her to feel the strength that so many are praying she finds in this time of trial and devastation in her life. Help her to see, in the moments when tears cloud her eyes, that there are sooo many who care about her and her daughter. Help her to know peace that only you can shine on her life and recent situation. Help her to release all of her guilt to you, it's through your Son's death on the cross that we are forever redeemed in your loving eyes. Help her to remember her promise to take care of herself and help her make good on that promise, even if it's only for a minute everyday. When she needs help remind her that her friends are only a phone call or shout away. All of this I pray in your beloved son's name, Jesus. Amen.
Call me if I can listen or be a shoulder to lean on.
XOXOXO
Jennifer
