Dr. Adam Summers, Plastic Surgeon

Anyone have any experience with Dr. Adam Summers, the plastic surgeon? He was in the Annapolis area but moved to Glen Burnie a few years ago. He comes HIGHLY recommended but he is NOT on the obesity site... thanks RAE
