How to get policy bulletins from Aetna?

I am interested in getting a "clinical policy bulletin" for WLS from Aetna. I searched all over their website but could not find info. Aetna customer service said the dr could look it up but I would like to read it to see what the criteria involves. The bulletin is #157. Thanks for any help.

Hi Sue: From Aetna's main page, click members and consumers, then clinical policy bulletin, then medical. You then have to accept their terms. You can search CPB by name or number. Hope this helps. Lark
