I created an online yahoo group affectionately called "The Kligman Krew WLS Group" for our growing number of patients that have had surgery with Dr. Kligman or are seriously considering him. I think it will be a nice additional resource to the OH boards. I'll cross the lines just for you. HAHA!! I am partial to Schweitzerees anyway since I started with him =P LOL I'm down a nice even 30lbs today.. yeay! Dana killed me in the gym this morning. I did 10 min cardio warmup, 40 minutes of weights, and then did a little cool down spinning. Burned 700 calories according to my polar HR monitor. The exercise is really helping to get that scale moving. How are you feeling? What day do you go in to get your band fill again?

Stacey WOW! 30 pounds that is wonderful! I already went in and signed up....ya know I am a Kligman groupie too....I am 6 pounds away from my first goal of reaching 200 pounds. I have lost to date 62 pounds. I have gone from a size 24 to an 18. I know after losing 30 pounds you feel so much better and your clothes begin to get loose. Keep up the good work, I'll chat with you soon.

Amazing Hope. I love hearing where you are at because you are a glimpse into my future.. just a few weeks ahead of me!! I'm so excited for you. Size 18.. WHOO HOO!!! Thirty pounds!!! Sheesh, we may ahve started at the same size, but you are sooo going to have to pass along your littler clothes as you shrink out of em ahead of me! ;) I've lost about 15 in the six weeks since banding (most in the first month), and get my first fill TODAY!!!!! Bring on da saline! I'm hoping to get the boot off of my foot in about another week, so I can resume at least walking. Keep kickin' butt. Barbara (BTW, I'm going ot email you for a MK makeover)
