Quick Question about post care

Someone asked me if you have surgery out of the country, how do you get follow up care? Do you see a local bariatrician? Just inquiring since I know a few people have gone to Mexico...Thanks-Jen

I think that most surgeons, in the U.S., would be reluctant to pick up a patients care - if they had the surgery performed in a foreign country. I believe that they see it as a potential liablity. If I were you I'd make a few phone calls to various bariatric surgeons and ask their opinion.
