Advice on a Dr. in Maryland

I am cosidering the surgery, please tell me who you would recommend, or experiences good and bad Thanks Megan

Well I am still pre op, but I have heard nothing but good about my surgeon, Dr Averbach. He and his partner Dr Singh have very good reputations. I know 2 people that used Dr. William Roe, they both had very good experiences and when I was researching wls, I spoke with someone and he, his wife, and mother in law all used Dr Barry Green. I have heard alot of good things about all of them, so it gives you a few to check up on, depending on your insurance. Good luck!

I had surgery a month ago today, I had the lap band done, and -22lbs as of today. I had Dr. Sweitzer from John Hopkins Hospital he was and is very good and very supportive. I really like him. Nope, I had not attended one yet, I hope to soon. You had surgery the same day I did. We were probebly neighbors in the pre op waiting and didn't even know it. Good luck to you.
