Does anyone know of a support group in the Frederick, Mt Airy, Germantown area? I am looking for face to face support as well. Thank you!

Hi there!!! I live in Frederick as well. The only one we have is at Frederick Memorial Hospital the 4th Monday of every month at 7:00pm. 2nd floor classrooms. It is a great meeting with lots of face to face. We are trying to set up additional support time with some of the members where we meet to go shopping or eating together to learn from each other. Also, trying to set up times where we work out together as well. Hope this helps!!! Let me know if you need any additional help.
